This machine is designed to punch the plastic cards in an automatic and speedy way with the high efficient card collection and sorting system. It is controlled automatically by PLC program, and the Chinese and English bilingual touch screen is available with a friendly man-machine interface. Firstly, the CCD vision system cooperates with the UVW correction platform to search for precise sheet positioning, and then the high-quality imported high-precision ball screw module is driven by the dual servo motors for lateral positioning and feeding of the punched sheet. It is featuring fast and accurate.
★ Key Features The CCD vision inspection system cooperates with the UVW correction platform to search for positioning, feeding and punching. The position parameters of each punching point are adjustable with high precision. Using high-power servo motor as punching power, which has the advantages of low noise, fast speed, stable power and adjustable punching speed. It has the advanced card sorting structure with the adjustable card pick-and-place position, which can ensure the stability and reliability of card collection and sorting operation. The dual servo driven ball screw modules can feed and convey the sheets alternately with the advantages of high speed and high efficiency. After the cards are punched, they can be automatically collected and sorted separately according to the printed pattern layout. It is especially suitable for punching business cards and the sheets with a variety of different patterns on the same sheet. The punched waste is automatically stacked and collected. The PLC program controls automatic operation,it can realize real-time monitoring the card output, automatic shutdown and alarm in case of abnormal situations.
